This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main technical resource for our sales team, facilitating the "technical win" across commercial, enterprise, and public sector accounts.
• Manage the technical lifecycle throughout the sales process.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, assess customer needs, and create complex use cases tailored to business limitations.
• Take charge of the technical responses for RFIs and RFPs, coordinating virtual teams to produce thorough, consultative, and successful proposals.
• Oversee and manage POVs from the initial engagement to successful completion, ensuring the customer perceives tangible value and competitive advantage.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors and SE Managers to enhance sales strategies, cultivate a robust pipeline, and establish best practices for the region.
• Foster a proactive relationship with targeted accounts, tracking customer health, expanding our presence, and managing competitive displacements.
• Serve as a mentor for junior SEs, provide essential feedback to Product Management, and support customer beta programs and executive briefing events.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Must possess professional fluency in both English and French to serve our diverse Canadian clientele.
• Residency: Candidates must currently reside in Canada.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated cybersecurity experience in a pre-sales or high-level consulting role.
• Technical & Professional Skills: Public Sector Savvy: Extensive experience working with Canadian Government entities and a solid understanding of their specific procurement and security standards.
• Product Expertise: Strong familiarity with McAfee/FireEye (Trellix) ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Specialization: Expert-level knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Cloud/Virtualization security, Data Protection, Network Security (Web Proxy/SD-WAN), or Workload/Container security.
• Certified Professional: Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
