This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Cultivate, uphold, and enhance enduring relationships with clients in the designated region to promote customer loyalty, satisfaction, and revenue enhancement.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business prospects within the assigned territory, including aftermarket services, repairs, upgrades, parts, service agreements, and technical solutions.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for customers, assisting in assessing their needs and recommending suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Oversee regional sales operations, including prospecting, customer visits, opportunity development, quote follow-ups, and sales pipeline management.
• Conduct regular site visits to customers to comprehend installed equipment, operating conditions, service requirements, and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with proposal managers, operations, engineering, product management, and field service teams to create precise, competitive, and customer-centric proposals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technical Sales, or a related field is preferred; a suitable combination of education and relevant experience may also be considered.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development, account management, field service, applications engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in selling or supporting aftermarket services, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, spare parts, service agreements, or technical solutions within an industrial, manufacturing, energy, LNG, industrial gas, or rotating equipment context is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of CRM systems, sales forecasting, opportunity tracking, and customer account management is required; experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Capability to comprehend technical product and service offerings and convert customer needs into practical commercial and technical solutions.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region to facilitate customer engagement, business development, and sales growth initiatives.
