This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will actively engage in learning and development to take charge of the complete commercial lifecycle for your designated territory: Crafting and implementing a strategic sales plan throughout the US.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand your project portfolio.
• Cultivating and managing key accounts while uncovering new project possibilities.
• Leading intricate, consultative sales processes from the initial discussion to the final contract signature.
• Conducting site assessments and collaborating closely with clients to establish technical and operational specifications.
• Composing and delivering comprehensive commercial proposals and forecasts.
• Negotiating with senior stakeholders across engineering, operations, procurement, and leadership teams.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, project delivery, and service teams to guarantee seamless execution.
• This position is field-based, involving regular customer visits. You will independently manage your schedule, priorities, and sales pipeline like a true professional.
• Proven experience in sales or engineering within the Automated Storage or Material Handling sector.
• A degree in Engineering or higher, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• A motivated and diligent work ethic.
• Previous internal sales experience in engineering or manufacturing industries will be a plus.
• Experience in hands-on engineering roles will also be beneficial.
• Strong and effective communication skills to lead client projects successfully.
