📋 Description

• Leading Value-Based Selling: Proactively guiding and managing the technology assessment phase of the sales cycle, collaborating closely with the sales team to present solutions centered around business outcomes rather than mere feature sets, with an emphasis on maximizing deal size and customer impact.

• Engaging Executive and Technical Stakeholders: Applying value-selling best practices to effectively convey and influence both high-level executives and deeply technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment of their strategic objectives with suggested solutions.

• Showcasing Customized Solutions: Demonstrating and collaboratively developing tailored integrations that solve clients' specific challenges, emphasizing potential ROI and strategic advantages.

• Leading Strategic Promotion: Initiating client workshops, advocating best practices, and establishing thought leadership through active participation in marketing and industry events, thereby reinforcing the company's competitive position.

• Designing Growth Frameworks: Creating and executing strong internal and external structures that empower the sales organization, clients, and partners to enter new markets and segments, thereby driving growth and scalability.

• Cultivating Strategic Relationships: Building and maintaining long-term, high-value customer relationships throughout the sales cycle, serving as a trusted advisor to foster mutual success.

• Advancing Team Expertise: Functioning as a subject matter expert, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation by sharing insights and best practices on emerging technologies such as Agentic Automation, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAGs), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and API integrations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate strategic discussions and deliver innovative solutions to clients, ensuring the broader team remains aligned with industry trends and technological advancements.

• Positioning for Competitive Edge: Offering strategic technical advocacy to ensure that solutions are effectively positioned against competitors, focusing on delivering clear, differentiated business value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline (required); advanced degrees are an advantage.

• 4+ years of overall professional experience, including 2+ years of relevant experience in sales/pre-sales roles within Intelligent Automation, Cloud, Generative AI, and/or related areas.

• Demonstrated experience with SaaS-based solutions, emphasizing value-driven selling in enterprise contexts.

• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) is highly preferred, including the development and deployment of production bots.

• History of selling in specific industries (e.g., Supply Chain/Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail) with in-depth industry knowledge to customize solutions.

• Proficiency in enterprise-grade application ecosystems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Workday) and their integration within automation strategies.

• Familiarity with Hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their advanced solution offerings, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and GPT-based technologies.

• Certifications in leading automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and cloud technologies are advantageous.

• Comprehensive understanding of technology trends, emerging standards, and enterprise IT environments.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client and business requirements.
