This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Acquire and sustain an in-depth understanding of AudienceView Professional, AudienceView Campus, AudienceView Grad, and Audience Republic.
• Cultivate and uphold a broad knowledge of all AudienceView portfolio products along with their key differentiators.
• Strategize and work collaboratively with sales personnel to effectively finalize deals.
• Conduct comprehensive technical discovery calls to identify pain points, as well as business and technical requirements.
• Design and develop client solutions that align with the identified requirements; including demo accounts, proof-of-concepts, and tender responses (RFP, RFI, etc.).
• Serve as the solution expert lead for RFP responses, collaborating with Sales Enablement and the Opportunity Owner to deliver a professional response promptly.
• Maintain an up-to-date list of client use case examples.
• Ensure the availability of demo-ready accounts.
• Develop and document demo flows that correspond with the narratives we aim to convey.
• Analyze client reports to generate and demonstrate comparable alternatives.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Advocate for best practices and stay informed about the product roadmap.
• Identify client and industry trends/requirements to provide insights to the Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
• Assist Product Marketing and Sales Enablement in the creation of sales collateral, which includes verifying the functionality presented in our materials, capturing product screenshots, and pinpointing use case examples and benefits for new product features.
• Produce mini demo videos, create product tours, and host live demo webinars for potential clients.
• After obtaining sufficient training, instruct others internally on how to demonstrate our products.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or a similar client-facing pre-sales role.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a strong confidence in public speaking.
• Experience in conducting discovery calls and converting business needs into effective solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, sales-oriented environment with shared targets.
• Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and products at the same time.
• Strategic thinker capable of supporting deal progression and closing.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, Loopio, Salesloft, Seismic, Navattic, or similar platforms.
• Highly extroverted and engaging personality with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Nice to have: Understanding of business operations in ticketing, entertainment, or events.
• Experience in creating demo videos or interactive product tours.
• Exposure to SaaS environments and mid-market sales cycles.
