This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Establish strong and reliable relationships with functional stakeholders and the sales enablement team.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify learning performance gaps and training needs.
• Set clear learning objectives aimed at enhancing sales performance and ensure effective training implementation.
• Maintain a quarterly enablement calendar that aligns with all sales roles.
• Develop metrics and oversee performance impact assessments for learning programs and activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other business units and regional HR and learning resources.
• Offer constructive feedback and support to sales representatives.
• Provide insights to managers regarding the strengths, weaknesses, and training needs of new hires.
• Collaborate with management and peers to support strategic initiatives.
• Assist in the ongoing development and enhancement of the sales career track.
• Gather and evaluate competitor information to develop learning solutions that add value to the sales organization.
• Actively promote the sales organization through enablement programs.
• Research security-related articles, headlines, and news to highlight product strengths/weaknesses, and create competitive playbooks.
• Oversee key projects and programs that have a global impact on the business.
• Participate in and support onsite sales events.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, sales training, and learning and development within a growing SaaS or Security company, with a focus on continuous improvement in sales enablement programs.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a proven track record in developing learning curricula for field, channel, and sales engineering teams, encompassing content creation, delivery, metrics, and program/project management for onboarding and ongoing education.
• Proficient in Salesforce tools.
• Demonstrated skills in training facilitation.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and various delivery methods.
• Strong project management capabilities and experience managing cadence calendars.
• Proven business experience in training, sales, event planning, and project management.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of sales methodologies, preferably MEDDPICC.
• Results-driven, utilizing metrics to effect change.
• Experience working with senior executives and sales professionals while demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
• Background in the Security Industry.
• Certifications are a plus, including CPLP, MBTI, DISC, Hogan's, Strengths-Finders, ADDIE, PMP, COLF, CPTM, CSRAE.
