This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining training solutions for field sales team members.

• Creating both in-person and online curriculum content.

• Analyzing sales data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing solution education.

• Overseeing the Learning Management System content related to solution education.

• Managing the calendar for onboarding and ongoing educational events.

• Working with subject matter experts to develop and sustain educational materials.

• Partnering with sales enablement team members to create comprehensive learning pathways for onboarding and continuous education.

• Collaborating to ensure sales enablement tools are up-to-date.

• Documenting and tracking the impact of sales enablement events on sales effectiveness.

• Coordinating with subject matter experts to stay informed about competitive solutions and market changes in the mid-revenue cycle arena.

• Leading a team of content specialists responsible for maintaining internal demonstration tools.

• Ensuring that demonstration tools are regularly updated and continuously improved.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND five (5) years of experience in a clinical (e.g., nursing) or mid-revenue cycle (e.g., coding, clinician documentation) role.

• A high school diploma/GED or higher AND nine (9) years of experience in a clinical (e.g., nursing) or mid-revenue cycle (e.g., coding, clinician documentation) role.

• At least two (2) years of experience delivering executive-level presentations or educational content.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Outstanding presentation skills.

• Strong time management capabilities.

• Previous experience with sales enablement or adult learning concepts in sales training.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Absorb or similar solutions).

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Teams.

• Experience with Salesforce.com.
