This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end GTM enablement throughout the entire funnel.
• Develop a scalable global enablement framework.
• Operationalize excellence in GTM practices.
• Ensure consistency in GTM content and narratives.
• Define and enhance the stack of enablement tools.
• Utilize AI and automation to amplify impact.
• Assess and enhance the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
• Collaborate with GTM and regional leadership teams.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Revenue Operations.
• Demonstrated success in creating scalable enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies.
• A data-driven and systems-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in contemporary enablement technologies.
• Outstanding cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent narrative and communication skills.
• Experience in complex technical GTM environments is preferred.
• A pragmatic, hands-on operator.
