This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
β’ Empower sales communities across the Americas by implementing strategies and programs that foster excellence and drive behavioral change.
β’ Act as a consultant for sales leaders in the USA and Canada, ensuring their teams are equipped with the necessary skills, mindset, and tools.
β’ Enhance the sales culture during a growth phase to positively impact revenue outcomes by providing sellers with essential resources.
β’ Become part of the North America Sales Enablement team to deliver integrated coaching and resources aimed at improving productivity.
β’ Focus on localizing and embedding Global Sales Enablement learning programs specifically for the Americas market.
β’ Optimize the tool stack, including Salesforce, Highspot, and Gong, to enhance data quality and seller efficiency.
β’ Implement AI-assisted workflows and automated call feedback tools to improve coaching results.
β’ Oversee strategic learning initiatives that facilitate partnersβ adoption of various products and help convey the full value of the platform.
β’ You bring extensive experience in sales enablement within SaaS environments and excel at delivering engaging workshops and certifications.
β’ Your background includes the design of programs that yield measurable results and foster genuine behavioral change within sales or partnership teams.
β’ You have strong proficiency with enablement tools such as Highspot or Gong and have explored ways AI can enhance sales workflows.
β’ A commercial mindset is inherent to you, enabling you to distill complex information into straightforward, actionable narratives for sellers.
β’ You thrive in autonomous work settings, showcasing the initiative to make strategic decisions in dynamic or ambiguous situations.
β’ You easily build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
