Sales & Education Coordinator – Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Foster retail sell-through by cultivating strong relationships with Sephora Beauty Advisors and store leadership teams, ensuring they feel informed, engaged, and enthusiastic about Mane.

• Conduct impactful educational sessions (both one-on-one and group training) to enhance product knowledge and confidence regarding Mane’s haircare and styling tools.

• Provide exceptional merchandising support by ensuring that Mane’s displays, testers, and planograms are consistently on-brand and well-stocked.

• Implement in-store events and activations in collaboration with Sephora, creating memorable experiences for clients and staff.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales performance, store visit summaries, education attendance, and event return on investment (ROI).

• Serve as the brand ambassador in the market, possessing in-depth knowledge of Mane’s product range, brand narrative, and essential messaging.

• Relay market feedback and insights to the Mane Sales & Education team to guide strategic decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty retail is essential—experience with Sephora is highly preferred.

• A strong background in sales and education, ideally within the prestige beauty or haircare sectors.

• Confident public speaker capable of training and motivating teams.

• Highly organized and self-driven, able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge genuine relationships in-store.

• A proactive problem-solver who is resourceful, flexible, and adaptable.

• Located in Los Angeles, CA, with reliable transportation to travel across key Sephora locations in the region.

• Available to commit to 20–30 hours per week, with a combination of weekdays and select weekends as needed.
