Sales Director – Texas Markets

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• **PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

• Actively seek out and engage new business prospects within the Workers' Compensation IME sector.

• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with essential stakeholders, including insurers, attorneys, third-party administrators, and healthcare professionals.

• Perform market analysis to identify potential clients and comprehend their needs.

• Design and present persuasive sales pitches and proposals customized to meet client specifications.

• Negotiate and finalize sales contracts to meet or exceed sales objectives.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and superior client service.

• Stay informed on industry developments, competitor actions, and regulatory updates.

• Participate in industry conferences, networking occasions, and trade exhibitions to represent Dane Street and expand a robust professional network.

• Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned based on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• **EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:**

• An Associate’s Degree or a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

• **RELEVANT JOB EXPERIENCE:**

• Experience in business within a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.

• **SKILLS/COMPETENCIES RELATED TO THE JOB:**

• Demonstrated success in sales, especially within the Workers' Compensation and IME sectors.

• Extensive industry background with a comprehensive understanding of Workers' Compensation processes and IME services.

• Familiarity with the Counter Affidavit market is preferred.

• Established connections with stakeholders in the workers' compensation arena, auto industry, and law firms.

• Understanding of the Texas Legal Landscape is advantageous.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working autonomously.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
