This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote outcome-based consulting services tailored for Retail and Hospitality sectors, focusing on the implementation, optimization, support, or expansion of their HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP platforms.
• Develop and execute account strategies for Enterprise and Mid-Market Retailers, Restaurants, and Hospitality brands.
• Navigate complex, multi-faceted sales processes involving HR, Operations, Finance, IT, and Executive Leadership.
• Perform in-depth discovery to identify workforce challenges specific to Retail and Hospitality sectors.
• Convert operational requirements into a clear, quantifiable value proposition linked to labor efficiency, productivity speed, and cost management.
• Collaborate closely with Mosaic delivery leaders to define solution scope, develop phased roadmaps, create business cases, and establish long-term technology strategies.
• Recognize opportunities for expansion post-implementation in areas such as optimization, managed services, and additional transformation projects.
• Ensure disciplined management of opportunities, maintain forecasting accuracy, and uphold pipeline hygiene within the CRM system.
• Over 5 years of experience in consultative sales, enterprise solution selling, or professional services sales.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in selling to Retail and/or Hospitality organizations.
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing executive-level decision-makers.
• Experience in selling consulting services such as implementation, optimization, and managed services for HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, or ERP solutions.
• Ability to effectively communicate value regarding labor efficiency, scalability, operational agility, and workforce optimization.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple pursuits and extended sales cycles.
• Comfortable working remotely with travel as necessary for client and partner interactions.
• Preferred: A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
