This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Propel direct revenue growth by establishing and nurturing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners throughout the Americas.
• Develop and implement a market entry strategy for performance advertising demand generation across essential sectors such as fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile growth.
• Discover new business prospects, negotiate commercial agreements, and oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Ad Operations, Account Management, and Commercial teams to create solutions that meet client goals and enhance campaign performance.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the AdTech and programmatic landscape, market trends, competitor actions, and emerging advertising technologies to uncover growth opportunities.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales.
• Demonstrated success in driving direct advertising revenue and obtaining budgets from advertisers and agencies.
• Deep understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization.
• Established network of connections among advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the capability to cultivate new business opportunities from scratch in a dynamic, highly collaborative setting.
