Sales Director – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Research, network, and conduct cold calls to identify and engage potential customers.

• Establish new connections with enterprise clients and prospects to enhance revenue, pipeline, and deployment capabilities.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders among our largest clients.

• Lead negotiations with both existing and prospective customers, effectively addressing objections and finalizing deals.

• Formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve or surpass sales objectives. Create customized sales presentations and proposals tailored to the needs of our enterprise clients.

• Collaborate closely with our wider Go-To-Market (GTM) team, along with our product, technical, and operations teams to provide our industry-leading product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-12+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales role focused on enterprise clients, with a proven ability to identify and close large accounts.

• Experience handling a $1M+ quota and managing complex end-to-end deals worth 6- and 7-figure Annual Contract Value (ACV).

• Exceptional communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing market trends, pinpointing opportunities, and making data-informed decisions.

• Demonstrated success in identifying and pursuing potential enterprise clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
