This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Plays a crucial role in managing various clinical pharmacy accounts by supervising the overall clinical activities for multiple clients, promoting additional clinical services, and ensuring account renewals.

• Collaborates with Account Managers to identify common customer challenges that necessitate clinical solutions, facilitating the implementation and monitoring of these solutions to support our clients' objectives of reducing costs and enhancing care.

• Acts as a facilitator and mentor for the clinical liaisons associated with assigned contracts.

• Aids Account Managers in managing the overall client relationship, promoting the adoption of recommended clinical solutions, and assisting them in managing the account's P&L to achieve targeted profitability.

• Recognizes the financial implications of all clinical recommendations as vital for both the client's care costs and the overall administration of the programs.

• Activities focus on the impact on customers, operations, program integrity, pricing, quality, and satisfaction.

• Develops and monitors relevant metrics that assess the quality and cost impact of the clients' programs.

• Provides guidance, support, and mentoring to help Account Manager staff achieve their goals.

• Requires interdepartmental communication and an understanding of the strategic significance of the programs to customers and clients, along with extensive knowledge of how these programs integrate with other clinical initiatives.

• As a collaborative partner with our customers, must possess expertise in data management and overall healthcare trends specific to the Medicaid population.


⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree.

• Current pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.

• 8 years of experience in clinical account management.

• 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or people management experience.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.

• 8+ years of experience in pharmacy.

• 5+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), health plan, or Medicaid clinical customer service.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and COGNOS or similar software.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, schedule, direct, control, and monitor project activities.

• Project management experience and knowledge of health plans, PBMs, or Medicaid is required.
