Sales Director – Fintech, PSP

📋 Description

• Drive revenue growth for BVNK across all product offerings.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients in the financial sectors.

• Comprehend client needs throughout their development stages and assess how BVNK can continue to provide value while also monitoring competitor activities.

• Collaborate with the commercial lead to create and oversee a pipeline of clients and develop a commercial strategy for effective coverage of targeted sectors.

• Leverage your extensive network and industry expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, utilizing your contacts to generate leads and secure deals.

• Deliver precise sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.

• Serve as the commercial liaison for product managers to grasp customer challenges, product requests, and feedback.

• Stay actively engaged with industry news, conferences, and events, thereby acting as a credible ambassador for the business in all client interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end sales and business development.

• Proven experience developing business within the fintech and digital asset sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing relationships and closing deals.

• Proficient in Spanish.

• Experienced in successfully overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiar with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
