Sales Director, Financial Services – APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for managing and executing the complete enterprise sales cycle for HashSphere and asset tokenization/markets software, starting from the target account strategy and executive discovery to negotiation, deal closure, and handoff of delivery.

• Generate substantial new revenue by identifying, qualifying, and securing deals with large enterprises and regulated institutions, with a focus on the financial services sector.

• Engage with C-suite executives, technology leaders, and innovation heads as a trusted advisor, effectively communicating HashSphere’s value proposition and its business impact.

• Collaborate across functions with Product and Solutions Engineering to provide customized solutions and oversee enterprise procurement processes.

• Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, accurately predict revenue outcomes, and consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales goals.

• Stay informed about trends in distributed ledger technology, competitive offerings, and regulatory factors to guide sales strategies and customer discussions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of enterprise technology sales experience (preferably in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, blockchain, distributed systems, or fintech platforms) with a proven history of closing complex deals. Blockchain sales experience is mandatory. Financial services sales experience is also required.

• Established record of successfully selling technology solutions to large, regulated enterprises and effectively engaging with C-level executives.

• Proven ability to manage extensive, multi-quarter sales cycles and provide accurate forecasts.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

• Strong technical proficiency with the capability to discuss distributed ledger technologies, private networks, and interoperability solutions.

• Flexibility in traveling to client locations, company off-sites, and industry events as needed. Expected travel is around 50%.
