This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and work towards achieving an individual annual sales target of $1.25 million in new business revenue.

• Create and implement a territory-focused sales strategy to identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities.

• Regularly meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.

• Develop and sustain a strong, qualified sales pipeline across all stages of the sales funnel.

• Actively prospect target accounts through outbound outreach, referrals, broker partnerships, and event participation.

• Drive opportunities through the entire sales cycle from initial discovery to contract execution.

• Build and maintain relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and other channel partners in the assigned territory.

• Represent Revive at industry events, conferences, and community activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in the territory to effectively position Revive's solutions.

• Keep precise and updated records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and account notes within the CRM system.

• Provide regular updates on pipeline status, forecasts, and territory activities to sales leadership.

• Utilize CRM data and insights to prioritize actions and enhance conversion rates.

• Lead discovery discussions and needs assessments to grasp the unique challenges of each prospective client.

• Transform Revive's range of services into persuasive, tailored value propositions that align with client objectives.

• Collaborate with internal teams—including clinical, customer success, and marketing—to ensure a smooth client experience from sale to onboarding.

• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer locations as necessary to support program delivery, conduct training, and strengthen relationships.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in consultative or enterprise sales, ideally within healthcare, employee benefits, digital health, EAP, or related fields.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a hunter role.

• Experience managing intricate, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise-level client relationships.

• Strong knowledge of consultative and relationship-driven selling techniques.

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales pipeline management tools.

• Established relationships with brokers and/or benefits consultants within the target territory is a significant advantage.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
