This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Lead a team of Sales Professionals dedicated to achieving consistent and profitable sales outcomes for the SMB market.
• Implement the sales strategy effectively.
• Allocate clients, territories, and sales objectives to the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are achieved.
• Organize and oversee sales operations throughout the US to meet staffing needs.
• Manage and promote the development of the sales pipeline.
• Define and execute sales strategies and tactics aimed at boosting new merchant sales and additional revenue.
• Supervise, develop, inspire, and guide the sales team.
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners to guarantee a high flow of leads and a positive partnership experience.
• Evaluate sales performance and implement action plans to enhance results.
• Actively oversee sales staff throughout all stages of the sales lifecycle.
• At least 12 years of experience in sales and sales management.
• Proven experience in selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB sector.
• Background in managing a successful sales team that sells directly to SMB merchants.
• A demonstrated history of consistently surpassing sales targets.
• Proven success in leading field sales organizations comprising at least 50 sales professionals.
• Willingness to travel over 50% across the US.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
