This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with the SDR Director to analyze team performance, identify gaps, and escalate risks that may affect outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of SDRs to ensure consistent activity, pipeline creation, and overall performance.
• Act as a player-coach by generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on inbound leads.
• Work together with Account Executives on account strategies, messaging, and pipeline priorities for new business.
• Propel prospecting initiatives targeting new prospects.
• Analyze and enhance performance through call reviews, one-on-ones, and pipeline assessments to boost conversion rates.
• Hold the team accountable for meeting activity, pipeline, and conversion goals.
• Guarantee high-quality qualification and meeting arrangements for the Sales team.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new SDRs to accelerate their productivity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account-based projects and campaigns.
• Ensure accurate activity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Over 2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR with a solid record of surpassing quotas.
• Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, or informally leading other SDRs.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong phone presence and the ability to coach on messaging.
• Experience working in both Account-Based (ABM/ABE) and MQL settings.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding quotas and accurately forecasting pipeline.
• Strong grasp of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification processes.
• Proven capability to enhance both individual performance and influence team results.
• Ability to assess pipeline, identify gaps, and drive performance enhancements.
• High integrity and dedication to contributing to a successful company.
• Proficiency in sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Demandbase, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Outreach (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.
