This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting activities β including cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups from events β to identify and engage potential customers within designated target segments.
β’ Promptly respond to inbound leads and marketing-qualified inquiries, assessing interest, fit, and urgency before scheduling transitions to Account Executives.
β’ Research and pinpoint prospective accounts using internal data, intent signals, and external resources to build a robust top-of-funnel pipeline.
β’ Consistently apply the company's qualification framework (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC, or equivalent) to evaluate prospect readiness and determine suitable next steps.
β’ Schedule and facilitate introductory discovery conversations to comprehend prospect needs, validate fit, and generate interest in Everfi's solutions.
β’ Ensure smooth, context-rich transitions to the designated Account Executive, guaranteeing that all pertinent prospect information is documented and communicated.
β’ Keep precise, up-to-date CRM records β encompassing contact details, outreach history, qualification notes, and meeting results β following every prospect interaction.
β’ Provide activity reports and pipeline summaries to your direct supervisor on a regular schedule.
β’ Proactively communicate trends in prospect feedback, objections, and competitive mentions to the wider Sales and Marketing teams.
β’ Acquire a working knowledge of Everfi's platform, program offerings, and competitive differentiators sufficient for conducting credible introductory discussions and addressing initial objections.
β’ Remain updated on target market trends and the industries, roles, and personas within the assigned prospecting territory.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in a sales, customer-facing, or business development role; prior internship, SDR, or inside sales experience is a significant advantage.
β’ Proven ability β or strong potential β to execute consistent outbound prospecting at scale and manage multiple active conversations concurrently.
β’ Excellent, professional, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to engage director and manager-level contacts in an introductory discussion.
β’ Proficient with or capable of learning CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, or equivalent).
β’ Organized and self-driven, with the discipline to achieve activity targets in a fully remote setting.
β’ Open to coaching and growth-oriented, with a sincere interest in cultivating a long-term commercial career.
β’ Resilient in the face of rejection, maintaining a positive and persistent approach to outreach.
