📋 Description

• The role of Sales Development Representative (Outbound Sales + Marketing) emphasizes outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and arranging meetings with prospective clients.

• Engage in high-volume outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.

• Exhibit a strong hunter mentality by proactively pursuing new opportunities.

• Qualify leads via consultative discussions, identifying their specific needs.

• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Sales Representatives.

• Develop and sustain a solid pipeline of prospects through strategic research and focused outreach.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance campaigns aimed at generating new leads.

• Utilize market research and Voice of Customer (VoC) insights to create marketing campaigns for distribution.

• Keep detailed records of activities within the CRM system.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in outbound sales, inside sales, or customer service involving outbound calling.

• Comfortable making over 60 calls daily while maintaining a high level of energy and professionalism.

• Strong written communication abilities with the skill to compose clear, personalized outreach messages.

• Highly organized and self-driven, capable of managing a substantial volume of activities.

• Proficient in CRM tools and standard productivity software.

• A genuine interest in the healthcare and human services sectors.

• Knowledge of Early Intervention (Birth to Three), Special Education, and ABA.

• Commitment to integrity and the ability to forge sincere, genuine professional relationships.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, characterized by an engaging and persuasive style.

• High computer literacy and technical competency, with expertise in CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

• Customer-focused, approachable, and eager to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent in reaching goals.

• Competitive with themselves, collaborative with team members, and supportive of collective success.

• Direct experience or familiarity with Early Intervention/Early Childhood/Special Education programs, whether as an administrator, service coordinator, therapist, or in an operational/billing capacity.

• Understanding of the structure, funding, and regulation of Early Intervention/Preschool/Special Education agencies at the state level.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and fundamental campaign execution and outbound sales practices.
