This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is designed to research and pinpoint potential clients within the Food Service, Beer, and Beverage sectors for Delivery Solutions.
• The SDR will uncover sales opportunities through following up on inbound leads as well as conducting outbound cold calls and emails.
• This position is accountable for generating a sales pipeline and comprehending customer requirements along with the Delivery Solutions portfolio.
• Engage and connect with prospective clients in the Food Service, Beer, and Beverage markets via outbound calls, emails, and social media channels.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads based on predetermined criteria and customer needs that align with the Delivery Solutions portfolio.
• Arrange qualified sales appointments for relevant sales team members.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead and appointment goals set by sales leadership.
• Assist in targeted outreach campaigns to enhance awareness and initiate early engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing to aid in lead nurturing initiatives and provide insights regarding lead quality, messaging, and campaign success.
• Relay customer insights, objections, and emerging market demands to sales and DS leadership.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of outreach messaging, scripts, and qualification methods.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all prospect interactions and lead statuses in Salesforce.
• Oversee assigned lead pipeline to guarantee suitable follow-up, progress, or disqualification.
• Offer visibility into pipeline activity, conversion patterns, and lead quality.
• Utilize authorized sales tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and consistency throughout the sales processes.
• Leverage data and feedback to refine outreach strategies and boost conversion effectiveness.
• Cultivate and maintain a thorough understanding of Delivery Solutions products, applications, and target markets.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and sales tools like Gong and Zoominfo is advantageous
• Strong aptitude for prospecting and making cold calls
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly motivated and results-oriented
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
• Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently in a remote environment while also collaborating with the team
• Knowledge of our industry and products is a plus
• Travel Requirement: Minimum of 25% (involvement in Trade Shows, Customer Visits, and internal company events)
