This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ You will focus on home-services business owners throughout the U.S. β including roofing, HVAC, plumbing, garage doors, electrical, and landscaping β to present them with a robust array of business growth solutions such as websites, local SEO, CRM automation, GoHighLevel software, AI development tools, and hosting services.
β’ Engage in high-volume multi-channel outbound activities daily β making cold calls (50β70 dials/day), executing personalized email sequences (100+ touches/day), conducting LinkedIn outreach (25+ touches/day), as well as SMS and Facebook group interactions β all aimed at U.S. home-services decision makers during their business hours.
β’ Conduct thorough research on priority accounts prior to outreach β gaining insights into their business, current marketing strategies, and significant pain points β ensuring that every conversation is relevant, timely, and compelling.
β’ Rigorously qualify each prospect using BANT criteria β verifying budget, decision-making authority, need, and timeline β before any appointments are scheduled.
β’ Maintain a clean, organized, real-time pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL), tagging every contact by industry, source, channel, and stage, ensuring no leads are dropped and all follow-ups are timely.
β’ Schedule consultations directly into the calendars of closers and manage confirmation and reminder sequences to consistently drive show rates above 70%.
β’ Provide a concise 3β5 sentence pre-call brief in the CRM for every booked appointment β detailing the prospect's business, pain point, hook used, and products discussed β so the closer is fully prepared.
β’ Submit daily activity logs and participate in standups via Slack or Loom, while also attending weekly pipeline reviews to monitor performance, respond to feedback, and continually elevate standards.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of B2B cold outbound experience as an SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales representative β with a demonstrated history of booking qualified meetings with U.S. small business owners.
β’ A neutral or near-neutral U.S. accent and polished written English β you will be making cold calls and sending emails to American business owners daily, representing our client's brand at every interaction.
β’ A genuine capability to make 50+ cold calls daily, deal with continuous rejection, and return the next day with even greater determination β this is a proactive role, not a reactive one.
β’ Practical experience with CRM systems β familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is highly beneficial as it will be your primary tool.
β’ A reliable and professional home office setup β a business-class headset, high-speed internet with a backup connection, a quiet dedicated workspace, and dual monitors are preferred.
β’ Self-driven and KPI-oriented β you monitor your own metrics, hold yourself accountable, and do not require reminders for results or activity logs.
β’ Bonus: previous experience selling to home-services contractors (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, garage doors) or marketing, SaaS, or digital agency services to small business owners.
β’ Bonus: hands-on familiarity with Apollo, Clay, Smartlead, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or OpenPhone/Aircall.
β’ Naturally inquisitive, highly coachable, and professionally composed β you ask insightful questions before pitching, act on feedback instantly, and maintain professionalism under pressure and rejection.
