This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create a continuous engagement strategy for designated customer and prospect accounts aimed at achieving revenue objectives.
• Conduct fundamental research and gather intelligence within target accounts to pinpoint key contacts and essential account details.
• Engage in high-volume cold-calling (60-80 calls per day), outbound prospecting, networking, emailing, e-marketing campaigns, and social outreach to target accounts.
• Evaluate leads and contacts based on specifically defined criteria to convert valuable sales leads into the sales pipeline.
• Acquire and showcase a solid understanding of Workiva’s Platform, effectively communicating its features and benefits to decision-makers.
• Assist in key sales cycle functions, including forecasting, reporting, CRM management, correspondence, and communication.
• Encourage participation in various events (such as webinars, roadshows, Amplify, conferences, etc.) and ensure post-event follow-up.
• Keep abreast of Workiva’s latest product offerings and maintain knowledge of competitive products and market trends.
• An Associate’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.
• Successful background in a similar position, preferably in lead generation or sales development.
• Strong preference for experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Demonstrated success in generating revenue opportunities and achieving sales quotas.
• Proven capability to comprehend and effectively promote technical products and solutions.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, accompanied by a professional demeanor.
• Self-driven with a strong inclination for action, results, and ongoing improvement.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks, programs, and processes simultaneously, while thriving under pressure to meet deadlines.
• On Target Earnings (OTE) range in the US: 76,000.00 - 114,000.00 USD annually.
• Eligible for commission based on sales performance.
• Restricted Stock Units provided at the time of hire.
