This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Identify, educate, and qualify potential leads to establish sales-ready opportunities, acting as the initial point of contact for individuals considering Wing.
• Execute a high-volume, multi-channel outbound approach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events) and perform strategic outreach daily to build a robust pipeline and surpass meeting and SQL objectives.
• Customize outreach strategies to align with each prospect’s goals and business models; master the Wing narrative and effectively communicate our value in alleviating repetitive tasks, scaling teams affordably, and enhancing capacity and revenue.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to arrange calls, meetings, and demonstrations, ensuring seamless transitions that lead to opportunities and successful deals.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess fit, pain points, and timing; identify stakeholders within Operations, Marketing, and Executive teams.
• Gather essential prospect information from initial discussions, online research, and other resources; maintain organized, accurate, and current records in the CRM.
• Stay informed on developments in the AI, staffing, and outsourcing sectors, sharing market insights with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments, scheduled demonstrations, and generated pipeline.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in outbound sales (SDR, BDR, D2D, inside sales, or similar roles). *(Can adjust to 1–3 years for a more senior position.)*
• Confidence in both verbal and written communication, capable of conveying value whether delivering a 30-second cold call or crafting a personalized email.
• A dependable home/remote work environment and the self-discipline to manage a high-volume workload without a traditional office setting.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outreach; comfortable making over 50 touches per day without compromising quality.
• Discipline in CRM usage: maintain clean data, updated stages, and notes that are actionable for your Account Executives.
• Strong work ethic, a competitive nature with oneself, and a desire to learn; track your metrics, understand your conversion rates, and view every rejection as feedback regarding messaging, timing, or targeting.
