This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Engaging homeowners through calls to inform them about the advantages of solar energy.
β’ Assessing homeowners to qualify them for complimentary consultations.
β’ Arranging consultation appointments for the external sales team.
β’ Proven experience: At least 2 years in outbound calling.
β’ Proficient with technology and strong computer skills.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
β’ Sales-oriented mindset with a strong ability to close deals confidently.
β’ Capability to thrive in a remote work setting and take responsibility for individual performance.
β’ Outstanding listening and speaking abilities, maintaining a persistent yet approachable phone demeanor.
β’ Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
