This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Engage in outbound prospecting to target accounts via calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and multi-touch sequences.
β’ Meet daily and weekly activity goals with a sense of urgency and consistency.
β’ Perform light discovery to assess interest, fit, and readiness to buy.
β’ Schedule high-quality meetings that translate into genuine opportunities for our sales team.
β’ Keep Salesforce data organized and adhere to the SDR playbook for messaging and sequencing.
β’ Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers and the SDR Manager to enhance outreach, boost conversion rates, and share insights.
β’ Bring enthusiasm and accountability β engage in call coaching, team meetings, and skill development sessions.
β’ Represent Sidecar Health with credibility, clarity, and a member-first approach.
β’ Achieve results: consistent meeting goals, high conversion quality, effective operational execution, and continuous improvement week over week.
β’ Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR/BDR role or a similar high-volume prospecting environment.
β’ Excellent communication skills and comfort in reaching out to prospects via various channels.
β’ Capable of managing a structured daily schedule while remaining organized and resilient.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator (or a willingness to learn quickly).
β’ A growth-oriented mindset β open to coaching, motivated, and dedicated to weekly improvement.
β’ Proven track record (or significant potential) in achieving meeting targets, converting qualified leads, and contributing to the sales pipeline.
β’ Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sincere ambition to build a career in sales.
