This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and generate qualified sales opportunities through a combination of responding to inbound leads and implementing strategic outbound prospecting initiatives.
• Connect with potential customers via phone, email, text, LinkedIn, and other tailored outreach methods to foster meaningful conversations.
• Arrange qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Conduct exploratory discussions to comprehend prospect needs, business challenges, and operational objectives within the aesthetics and wellness sector.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities by consistently executing outbound campaigns and follow-up activities.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of PatientNow’s products, value proposition, and industry landscape to effectively position solutions.
• Precisely document prospect interactions, activities, and updates to the pipeline within Salesforce and Outreach.io.
• Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to enhance lead conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline generation goals.
• Foster a positive, high-performance team culture through collaboration, feedback, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales development, business development, customer service, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for building rapport quickly.
• Highly organized with effective time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently in a dynamic, metrics-oriented environment.
• A coachable attitude with a willingness to learn contemporary sales methodologies and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think creatively when engaging prospects.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms is preferred.
• Experience in the SaaS, healthcare technology, or aesthetics industries is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
