This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform daily outreach to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media interactions.

• Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, engage, and target prospective customers while generating quality leads.

• Develop accounts with relevant target contacts (account mapping) using ZoomInfo, SFDC, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

• Create and assess the effectiveness of sales sequences, as well as design and test new messaging strategies.

• Qualify and nurture leads in alignment with Marketing initiatives.

• Engage in high-level discussions with C-level executives, VPs, and directors within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

• Recognize customer needs and effectively present Interact solutions.

• Schedule valuable meetings that lead to opportunities and product demonstrations for account executives.

• Support and take part in product demonstrations and handoff meetings with account executives, ensuring they are well-informed about previous discussions with prospects.

• Regularly achieve daily KPIs related to phone calls, emails, and social media outreach, along with meeting qualified opportunity targets.

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and comply with tracking and reporting standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in SaaS outbound sales.

• Demonstrated history of achieving sales results and creating sales pipelines.

• Proficient in consultative selling techniques.

• Comfortable working towards a team target.

• Understanding of account-based marketing strategies.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales execution tools, ideally Groove.

• Knowledge and experience using LinkedIn.

• Experience working with commission-based compensation structures.
