This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +13 more states.
• Reach out to 300-350 new leads each month to evaluate their requirements and swiftly qualify or disqualify them for Guidant’s financing solutions.
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Finance Consultants, ensuring a seamless transition from lead qualification to the subsequent phase of the sales process.
• Meticulously document all lead interactions and updates in Salesforce CRM to guarantee consistent tracking and reporting of progress.
• Adhere to a predefined outreach schedule to ensure timely follow-up with leads, achieving monthly call and qualification objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Finance Consultants to ensure that qualified leads are ready for further engagement.
• Exhibit exceptional punctuality and dependability in all scheduled calls, meetings, and engagements.
• Engage actively in training sessions to remain updated on Guidant’s products, services, and best practices for lead qualification.
• Provide constructive feedback to supervisors and team members regarding any challenges faced during the lead qualification process.
• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all processes and assist in sharing best practices with colleagues to enhance overall team performance.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in phone-based sales or similar transactional sales environments, showcasing an ability to meet or exceed sales goals is preferred.
• Willingness and capability to make a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads, maintaining persistence and focus to meet monthly objectives.
• Strong listening abilities and a talent for quickly establishing rapport with potential clients, ensuring effective and engaging communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to tailor messages for diverse audiences and quickly build rapport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, with the capability to accurately log and manage data.
• Proactive and able to prioritize effectively, managing workload efficiently while taking the initiative to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and adhere to a structured outreach cadence in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and following a structured outreach schedule in a dynamic setting.
