This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for both inbound and outbound lead generation and qualification initiatives
• Interact with prospective clients across various channels and evaluate their requirements
• Generate opportunities for the sales team
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing departments
• Quickly respond to inbound leads and offer actionable insights to Marketing
• Oversee and coordinate activities related to trade shows and webinars
• Implement post-event strategies to engage attendees through personalized outreach
• Perform targeted research on assigned territory accounts
• At least 1.5 years of experience as an SDR or in a comparable sales position
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing lead generation and qualification goals
• Experience interacting with warm leads, including those generated from events and marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement platforms (Gong Engage), and research tools like LinkedIn Navigator
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, capable of tailoring messages to various personas
• Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and follow up effectively
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, including the capacity to prioritize accounts and identify the most effective outreach methods
