This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead generation and prospect identification.
• Research accounts to pinpoint key contacts and spark interest.
• Generate new business opportunities and open the market for Account Executives.
• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, both warm and cold, as well as through emails.
• Articulate our value proposition effectively to potential customers.
• Actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace.
• Arrange meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives.
• Provide management with insights regarding the success of outbound phone and email initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of current and future customer contacts.
• Enter prospect and contact information into the CRM system.
• Build trusted relationships with prospects by offering insights that cater to their unique needs and interests.
• Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts, fostering trust and rapport while identifying opportunities, documenting best practices.
• Assess the customer journey, determining how it is supported, and apply a consultative approach to help clients overcome challenges and achieve objectives.
• Ensure timely deliverables by facilitating interaction and workflow among project team members and third-party service providers.
• Collaborate, strategize, and solve problems for upcoming client meetings with team members.
• Prepare essential documentation or visuals for clients to showcase campaign performance; analyze trends in C-Sat/NPS scores to pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather customer references and create case studies.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in technology staff augmentation sales or 1-3 years in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
• Experience in selling to the US market is preferred.
• Familiarity with cold calling is necessary.
• A strong desire to excel in technology and staff augmentation sales.
• A passion for talent-as-a-service is essential.
• Demonstrated persistence in achieving goals and solving problems.
• Must possess friendly, enthusiastic, and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable working across various departments.
• An active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can swiftly adapt priorities.
• This role is a full-time Independent Contractor position utilizing a payroll platform.
• There is a trial period of 3 months; we are seeking long-term SDRs, and this initial period serves as an adaptation phase.
• The commission structure will be outlined during the interview process.
• The developer will work REMOTELY, collaborating directly with The GoFasti Team.
