This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Respond to incoming sales calls and engage with prospective customers to identify their needs and qualify leads.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, establishing initial contact.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through effective follow-up calls and emails.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to relay qualified leads for further development.
• Keep precise records of all calls, appointments, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Utilize provided scripts to navigate conversations with the goal of closing sales or scheduling appointments.
• Efficiently organize and dispatch technicians for HVAC installations, maintenance, and repair jobs, optimizing their routes to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Manage emergency dispatching as necessary, dynamically adjusting schedules and resources.
• Conduct customer communications with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring all interactions contribute to high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, service requests, and outcomes for quality assurance and future training.
• Assist management with data entry, report generation, and adherence to administrative procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to bolster overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage in regular team meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and operational changes.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provide management with feedback on script effectiveness and suggest potential improvements in sales strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role with a strong emphasis on sales performance.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to employ persuasive selling techniques.
• Comfortable with cold calling and resilient in handling rejection.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales applications.
• Ability to follow direction and implement actions or changes effectively.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written).
• Experience in the HVAC industry and dispatching is an advantage.
• High school diploma is required.
