• Comprehend the sales processes and metrics essential for assessing individual performance, technology efficiency, and identifying process gaps.
• Develop, organize, and sustain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel that monitor various KPIs alongside business performance, efficiency, and productivity shortcomings.
• Perform root cause analyses to grasp the effects of different variables on KPIs and convert those findings into actionable insights regarding their impact on the business.
• Produce presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and other necessary documents.
• Assist the Sales department by autonomously generating insights and recommendations, translating complex data into actionable business decisions, and overseeing recurring reporting and dashboard deliverables.
• Narrate compelling stories with data to encourage the adoption of analytical insights.
• Ensure that deliverables are precise, accessible, useful, and user-friendly.
• Engage in continuous learning of new skills and reporting tools to guarantee the highest quality of reporting and insights.
• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as required by management.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a comparable combination of education and work experience.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in the field of data analytics.
• Expertise in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in SQL and experienced in using Python for data analytics.
• Capable of communicating in a clear and organized manner.
• Committed to continually learning new software and systems.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-value requests.
• An analytical thinker and innovative problem solver.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to identify changes, edge cases, and exceptions.
• Collaborates effectively within a team and provides support and guidance to other cross-functional teams.

• Experience in the fintech or banking sector is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Sales Processes (such as lead prospecting, lead conversion, and pipeline prioritization) is a plus.
• Competitive Base Salary Range of $96,300-$154,400, provided by Kapitus in good faith to comply with applicable law. The final salary will depend on various factors including geographic location, skills, and experience.
