Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Handle order processing, manage inventory reservations in collaboration with our planning team, and provide retailers and the wholesale team with essential data for informed decision-making.

• Identify pricing discrepancies or stock inconsistencies before they escalate into issues.

• Assist new retailers with their documentation and onboarding procedures.

• Collaborate effectively with the sales team while also engaging in some sales activities as you develop in the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, order management, or a related operations role, preferably in consumer goods, fashion, or retail.

• Experience with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder.

• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail. Ensuring the accuracy of price sheets and inventory updates, with nothing overlooked, is what you consider a successful day.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You can clarify an invoice question for a retailer and explain a stock concern to the planning team, ensuring both parties leave with a clear understanding.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a talent for identifying inconsistencies early, preventing them from developing into larger issues.

• A collaborative mindset and comfort working across time zones with a globally distributed team (our planning and finance teams are based in Australia).
