This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist team members with Bra Fit Training and promote our brands effectively.
• Convey the importance and effectiveness of our lingerie for women.
• Collaborate with the company’s department store partners to enhance the brands' presence through retail merchandising initiatives.
• Educate and collaborate with each consumer and sales associate on the current product range, new launches, promotions, and events.
• Develop the Natori/Skarlett Blue business at each location, promoting the brand and securing prime retail space.
• Cultivate relationships and strong partnerships with Sales associates, Managers, Personal stylists, Customer Relationship Managers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Managers, etc.
• Organize and lead special events, including Fit events for consumers in accounts and contests for sales associates.
• Merchandise the sales floor and organize stockrooms to promote and facilitate sales growth.
• Identify growth areas and opportunities to enhance space and market share.
• Communicate with the Manager and Account Executives regarding store visits and account updates.
• Minimum of 2 years of lingerie fitting experience (required).
• At least 5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale role for a retailer or apparel brand.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and writing abilities.
• Strong presentation skills with the capability to convey brand messages to individuals and groups both in person and virtually.
• Must possess energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm.
