This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Conduct 4–6 consultative sales calls daily with warm, pre-qualified leads.
• Guide clients through discussions about their experiences, progress, and aspirations.
• Present the complete program as a natural next step—no hard selling necessary.
• Follow up with clients requiring a second conversation prior to committing (approximately 30% of closes).
• Reach out to webinar registrants who did not attend or engage.
• Re-engage trial members who have not scheduled their upsell call.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline and follow-up routine.
• Take ownership of your calendar and manage your daily call schedule independently.
• Track your performance and consistently refine your approach.
• Participate in onboarding training to understand the product, process, and client journey.
• 2–3 years of B2C sales experience with a proven record of closing.
• A warm, empathetic, and consultative selling style—connecting with people on a personal level.
• Familiarity with consultative closing and objection-handling frameworks—guiding conversations toward decisions without pressure or manipulation.
• Strong communication skills—ensuring people feel heard and understood.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Available full-time during standard US Eastern Time business hours (with a flexible schedule during the day).
• Comfortable starting on a commission-only basis with potential to grow into a base + commission structure.
• Nice to Have:
• Background in health, wellness, coaching, or lifestyle industries.
• Experience in selling online programs, memberships, or subscription-based services.
• Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling frameworks.
• Experience working with warm leads generated through webinars or content funnels.
• Commission: Approximately 10% per closed deal (uncapped).
• Training: Paid onboarding period to familiarize yourself with the product and sales process.
