Sales Call Centre Agent – Commission Only

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Present, promote, and sell products and services.

• Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for existing and potential customers to fulfill their requirements.

• Create, develop, and sustain positive business and customer relationships.

• Facilitate the resolution of customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction.

• Meet predetermined sales targets and outcomes within the specified timeframe.

• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate sales efforts.

• Assess the potential of the territory/market, monitor sales, and generate status reports.

• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.

• Strive for continuous improvement based on feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Matric Grade 12.

• Clear criminal record.

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience (mandatory).

• Basic computer literacy.

• ISP experience is advantageous.

• Essential proven track record in inbound, outbound, and cold calling sales.

• Ability to successfully close sales.

• Skills in targeting, tracking, and measuring sales performance.

• Manage the sales process with strong pipelining capabilities.

• Focus on customer retention.
