This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Proactively seeking out new B2B clients both in Poland and internationally.
• Identifying organizations that may require support in DevOps, cloud services, Kubernetes, infrastructure, or AI implementation.
• Developing and utilizing your personal network of founders, CTOs, CEOs, product leaders, and technology decision-makers.
• Initiating outbound sales efforts and fostering new business discussions.
• Conducting discovery calls to qualify potential clients.
• Presenting Traceroute42’s offerings in a manner focused on business value.
• Negotiating terms and finalizing contracts.
• Collaborating closely with founders and the technical team to align client requirements with delivery capabilities.
• Keeping a pulse on the market to spot new business opportunities.
• Contributing to the development of the company’s go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT services, DevOps, cloud, hosting, infrastructure, software services, or SaaS.
• Proven history of client acquisition and revenue generation.
• An established network within the technology sector.
• Ability to connect with and engage decision-makers effectively.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, hunter mentality.
• Comprehension of complex technical services and the ability to convey their business value.
• High levels of ownership, independence, and accountability.
• Results-driven approach - performance is assessed based on revenue, not just activity.
• Proficient in Polish and English, with a minimum level of C1.
