This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Assist the sales team with client communications, meeting scheduling, and follow-up coordination.
• Serve as a primary contact for clients regarding initial inquiries and ongoing communications.
• Aid in the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals aimed at prospective clients.
• Keep records updated in CRM systems, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Conduct preliminary research on potential clients, protocols, funds, and ecosystem partners.
• Facilitate internal communication among sales, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, customer support, or operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable engaging with international clients and teams.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A genuine interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies.
• Preferred (Nice to have)
• Basic knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, Web3 infrastructure, or digital assets.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
