Sales Application Engineer – Paving & Milling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver in-depth technical training and ongoing support to Trimble’s distribution network on specialized paving and milling solutions.

• Oversee the complete instruction process for system installation, commissioning, and operation for distribution teams.

• Drive the introduction of new product features and system capabilities to the global marketplace.

• Serve as a vital connector between the field and product development by converting technical feedback into valuable insights for Product Managers.

• Assist in high-profile marketing and sales events, including international exhibitions and open days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in civil construction, particularly in paving, milling, or compaction.

• Technical expertise with CAD software and 3D modeling applications.

• Familiarity with optical total stations and field software.

• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the capacity to manage sensitive technical situations effectively.

• Exceptional prioritization skills and the ability to make informed decisions based on technical knowledge and customer requirements.
