Sales and Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Outbound Sales: Proactively engaging in telephone outreach to acquire new restaurant partners in Germany and Turkey.

• Account Management: Overseeing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with existing partners.

• Support: Maintaining daily communication with partners via WhatsApp, phone, and, where applicable, email.

• Performance Focus: Accountable for achieving sales targets and driving partner growth.

• Market Focus: Operating within the Germany and Turkey markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German and Turkish (essential).

• Some background in sales, business development, or customer support (preferred).

• Comfortable with cold calling – you possess strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Hands-on approach and a high level of self-motivation.

• Quick to adapt with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Remote-ready, demonstrating a structured work style and the ability to work independently.
