Sales and Marketing Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the CRM system (RD Station)

• Input and structure sales information efficiently

• Validate data and offer operational assistance to the sales team

• Arrange proposals, schedules, spreadsheets, and sales materials

• Aid in organizing content and institutional materials

• Refresh contact lists and segment databases within the CRM

• Handle and structure presentations, proposals, and internal documents

• Assist in campaigns, live streams, and both internal and external communications

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience

• Prior experience with CRM systems

• University degree in progress or completed

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Intermediate command of English and/or Spanish (preferred)

• Familiarity with RD Station (preferred)
