This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Respond to and manage incoming leads generated from online forms through phone calls.
• Evaluate potential customers and arrange service appointments.
• Precisely enter customer information and job details into the Homebase 360 CRM system.
• Assist customers in exploring service options and promote recurring plans (monthly, quarterly, biannual, triannual).
• Reach out to existing customers during periods of low inbound volume.
• Finalize sales and gather payment details.
• Uphold a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proficient in English with clear and confident verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in phone-based sales (preferably inbound or door-to-door).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and quickly adapting to new tools.
