This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver exceptional administrative assistance to the Sales and Account Management teams.
• Handle and address internal and external service requests efficiently.
• Maintain and refresh customer records and sales information within CRM systems.
• Assist in the administration and renewal of contracts.
• Compile reports, executive summaries, and presentations.
• Distribute onboarding materials and reports to customers.
• Collaborate across various functions to ensure a cohesive experience.
• Stay updated on product developments and process changes.
• Participate in enhancing processes and boosting operational efficiencies.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Administrator or a comparable administrative support position.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to provide high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and French.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
