Sales Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate employee scheduling records, process time clock edits, manage requests for time off, and ensure that schedule files are consistently updated.

• Supervise the upkeep, organization, and precision of the team’s shared drive and Confluence documentation.

• Participate in meetings, take detailed notes, and disseminate meeting summaries and action items to the team.

• Provide phone support and assist with lead generation efforts to enhance sales opportunities and improve guest engagement.

• Manage and promptly respond to inbound sales email inquiries in a professional manner.

• Oversee and manage social team voicemail communications, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Ensure that all cruise turnover processes are executed accurately and efficiently, offering additional support when needed.

• Assist in covering team responsibilities during employee absences, including providing out-of-office support as required.

• Interact effectively with accounting departments.

• Regularly audit group payments due to ensure that no cruise departs without full payment.

• Assist Account Managers by providing lead coverage, maintaining business records, and supporting guest follow-up activities.

• Coordinate team recognition initiatives, including the management of the RESPECT program, as well as acknowledging birthdays and work anniversaries.

• Conduct Tier 3 lead outreach and follow-up activities to maximize conversion opportunities.

• Maintain and update sales forecasts during the Director’s absence to ensure continuity in reporting.

• Achieve proficiency in the Anchor Reservation System, Talkdesk Phone System, and Salesforce CRM System.

• As directed, address guest complaints with a focus on complete resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Perform any additional administrative, operational, and sales support tasks as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience is required.

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

• Maintain a high level of organization.

• Detail-oriented approach is essential.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Strong focus on guest needs.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships as required by job responsibilities.

• Listen effectively, assess situations, identify relevant issues, and propose solutions.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
