This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer interactions through **calls, emails, text messages, and live chat**; conduct **outbound calls as required**.

• Offer product suggestions and efficiently process orders with a friendly, customer-centric approach.

• Communicate clearly and effectively across all platforms to ensure customer comprehension.

• Monitor shipments, address delivery concerns, and file/track claims with shipping providers.

• Keep detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems, including monitoring customer behavior.

• Manage billing queries and assist accounts receivable operations.

• Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and long-term success.

• Perform data entry and basic data analysis as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

• **English Proficiency:**

• - **Speaking:** Professional Working Proficiency (Full Professional Proficiency preferred).

• - **Reading/Writing:** Full Professional Proficiency.
