This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Create outreach content for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) targeting each new logo, with audience-specific outbound initiatives carried out by the Group Marketing team.
• Formulate persuasive sales development messaging strategies that cater to essential Group buyer personas, audience sub-segments, specialties, and current vendor landscapes.
• Identify the most effective messaging and content strategies to enhance prospect engagement, boost positive reply rates, and facilitate meeting bookings.
• Execute A/B testing on messaging, cadence structure, timing, and personalization tactics.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency, personalization, scalability, and testing capabilities of SDR outreach.
• Track and assess the performance of Marketing-directed SDR outreach initiatives.
• Serve as a vital link between the Group Marketing and SDR leadership teams.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales Enablement, SDR Operations, Campaign Strategy, or other B2B growth-oriented roles.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing or a closely related field.
• Exceptional writing and messaging development capabilities, with the aptitude to customize communications for various buyer personas and audiences.
• An analytical approach with a background in conducting A/B testing and assessing campaign performance metrics.
• Proven experience collaborating across different functions with sales and marketing teams at various leadership levels.
• Knowledge of outbound sales processes, SDR workflows, prospecting techniques, and sales engagement best practices.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
