This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Must achieve comprehensive knowledge of all company products and solutions within the first 90 days.
• Identify and target prospective dealerships within the designated territory.
• Conduct thorough prospect research and discovery.
• Facilitate virtual presentations (75% of the time).
• Deliver in-person sales presentations (25% of the time).
• Collaborate closely and cultivate relationships with OEM regional field representatives.
• Accurately calculate client budgets and submit contract proposals.
• Develop and manage a business plan aimed at maximizing revenue potential.
• Aim to meet or surpass assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue sales quotas.
• Set and manage expectations with new clients effectively.
• Engage in ongoing education calls and/or meetings regarding products and services.
• Stay informed about the automotive industry, market news, and events.
• Must excel both as a collaborative team member and when working independently.
• Strive to uphold and maintain all internal processes and procedures diligently.
• Take initiative to enhance tasks and achieve company objectives.
• Must be able to perform well under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and maintain a professional demeanor.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional retail sales experience in automotive marketing, agency account management, or OEM operations is required.
• Proven success in growing accounts and securing new business is required.
• Demonstrated sales acumen: ability to identify business opportunities, craft persuasive proposals, and present confidently to executive-level stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to command a room and articulate complex strategies clearly.
• Ability to travel monthly throughout the Southwestern-West region for client meetings and relationship development is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is essential; must be capable of creating persuasive presentations and analyzing complex data sets.
